      Dull, simple, inefficient

      Pros

      VERY easy job, goals are easy to reach and the work itself is very easy. The pay is reasonable for an entry level job with no background experience and the benefits are quite good for both full and part time.

      Cons

      It is the most boring job I have ever worked. Management is quite inept, which makes dealing with the inefficient nature of the workplace a daily struggle. The overall sentiment management has towards blood donors and their decision to donate or not can be insulting and influences the recruiters to act in the same manner.

      Pros

      This company really puts the money where the donor expects it to go, to those in need. People who work here want to be here.

      Cons

      Company in flux. Infrastructure has gone through major changes in the last two years and many employees that lived through it are slowly coming on board. With change comes some confusion but they appear to be moving inthe right direction. The pay as expected is extremely low.

      Lack of adequate communication Compensation is low even for non-profit Management is out of touch with what is going on in the field
