Pros

Good pay, great benefits, and an emphasis on work-life balance. Positive and caring atmosphere. Very rewarding.

Cons

Restructing/layoffs have created training difficulties & increased workload on current employees. Economy adds additional pressure. Company is fairly management heavy.

Pros

The company has flex times, where your not always working earlies or lates. The company will work with you when you need certain times or days. It's a nice company to work for.

Cons

Some times the traveling can get hectic, some of the coworkers can be difficults to work with, some are willing to help you others are not. The majority of the manager are nice and helpful.
