      The people who work here want to serve their communities.

      Cons

      Although a great mission to be a part of, a non-profit with mismanagement from the top trickling down to the very bottom. There is no room for career growth. They use employees, which creates low morale across the company. If you give your 2 week notice your manager will make your last 2 weeks challenging for you.
