Trying to keep any ounce of respect for this organization is impossible. Every year they keep taking from their employees. Just when you think there is no benefit left to take they create ways

There is room for professional growth and training is abundantly available. The people you work with and the volunteers are great to work alongside. The mission is an important one to our communities.

Cons

Change is constant, and not all is good. It is run like a corporation rather than a nonprofit service organization. There is a continual push to do more with less.

Flexible schedule and some work from home allowed. It feels great to work in a position where you are making a difference in people's lives every day. Benefits are good.

Cons

Extremely bureaucratic. Horrible payroll system where it takes months to receive bonuses. Car allowances are way too low. Marketing/Communications Departments have way too much power.
