Pros

Great benefits and a great mission. These people have helped a lot of people in this country have a secure retirement.

Cons

The CEO runs this place like a sweatshop. There is tons of turnover and people get fired all the time. The usual line is - I know it's coming, I'll just hold out until it's my turn. Seriously folks - run away.
