The only pros to this place are the outstanding residents who put up so much staff bull crap

Cons

No communication, no advancement, because only friends are advanced, department heads lie to your face, even when you can prove them wrong, they make you put up with their friends crappy attitudes, aides retaliate against residents when grievances are filed, everything is always broke, no water pressure to wash residents up properly
