The company had some extremely dedicated CNAs that would go above and beyond to get the job done.

Cons

Staffing was a huge issue with this company. The building could not stay fully staffed due to employees frequently quitting. Management did not appreciate all of the hard work and overtime that employees put in. It was extremely difficult to stay motivated and enjoy your job without the support of management.
