Pros

company is good to work for they work around school and i left for maternity leave. if full time paid time off accumulates. people in office and staff are nice.

Cons

training needs to be more important, paid time off for nursing staff should accumulate more. the points system is not good. they should give more incentive to pick up, like take points off or make you make it up instead of pointing you and taking your pto time.

Pros

Productivity standards for therapist is lower as compared to other companies.Every year 6 CEUs are frovided by the corporate for free.Rehab team is excellent.

Cons

Employee appreciation is low-such as no bonus or good gifts on christmas.Therapists are mandated to work on weekends versus using PRNs.The building in Elkhart area needs renovation.Therapy gym needs to be equipped well.
