Pros

Caring staff, very knowledgeable. ED goes the extra mile to make the staff feel appreciated. The DNS works the floor when staffing is short.

Cons

Sometimes staffing feels short. Some nurses do not have great follow through when it comes to assessments and documenting behaviors.

Pros

Free food, not very difficult. This job is not difficult, but is demanding, and rewarding. It's a very straight forward job.

Cons

Low paying job. I enjoyed it when I worked with my friends, but it was eventually hard to put up with the rest of the building staff looking down on you. I worked a lot of hours because of the unreliable staff calling in to work constantly. Though you almost have to work everyday to compensate for the low pay.
