The structure is amazing. Great feedback from senior management with a friendly competition I loved Jeremiah’s weekly comparisons it kept communication available amongst buildings as well

Staffing Large amount of buildings Facility needed a makeover for marketing census was a challenge

The residents is the only reason I wanted to work there . They wasn’t getting taken care of like they were supposed to . I felt bad

Cons

Bugs crawling around everywhere , residents falling and dying left and right over minor things . Employees having sex and do inappropriate behavior in the rooms in the facility . Biggest thing is their favoritism
