always willing to work with you on scheduling, Most co-workers work well together as a team. I love the residents there.

Cons

You're on your feet most of the time (must wear good shoes) When one of your favorite residents passes away, it's heartbreaking. Some residents lack patience and get pretty irritable with you

ASC really cares about its employees and residents.

Cons

Long hours and on call 24/7 365. But that is with a DNS position anywhere not only with ASC.
