They pay well, some of the staffs are good people

Cons

Bad management system, you pay out of pocket when you get hurt. When you give doctor's reports for stay home due to injury from work, they put u on light duty. Rather than focusing on things needed, they talk about staffs not eating from the kitchen. They are always out of supplies especially wipes, knowing fully well that wash towels are abrasive to resident's skin.

They try to accommodate you when you need and off day--such as allowing you to switch off days with another employee. Not a bad job.

Cons

Really liked my job. Pay is not great--however it suited my needs as a part-time employee.
