The patients become family. Hourly pay is OK, assuming you don't want to be paid based on performance or seniority.

Cons

ED, DNS, ADNS treat the employees horrible. They dole out points based on favortism rather than actual attendance. They will yell at and correct employees in front of co-workers and patients. They harass any employee who questions thier unethical management practices. This place is toxic! People working there 10 years are making less than new hires.

Caring staff members, pay is competitive , offers room for advancement and career growth

Cons

Depending on which building you’re at the Administrator or ED is usually inaccessible to staff and family, employees aren’t made aware of policy changes until after changes are instituted i.e pay changes and benefit changes, buildings goes without repairs, staffing shortages
