Lots of opportunities to learn and train on different project in different industries. Fast paced. Lots of experienced staff to learn from. Industry leader.

Cons

Management level staff have no clue what they are doing. Management is quick to throw lower level staff under the bus while acting friendly to your face. No clear training on what the company “standards” are.
