We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review and highlight a few of the things that make us one of the best places to work, including our projects and most importantly, our people! We offer flexibility in our work schedule by offering 1 day/week remote, flex time, great PTO, as well as added flexibility as you need it. We do feel it's valuable to be in our office environment for better collaboration, teamwork, and training, especially as an entry level engineer- hands-on training is invaluable! In regards to compensation, we are confident our compensation is competitive with market rates and consistently evaluate to make sure they remain as such, especially with our package being so robust with great benefits, including one of the top 401K programs in the industry!
