One of our core values is that we are committed to the development of our staff so it is nice to hear that you feel we are willing to work with you and staff in general on individualized career development. As you know, we send culture engagement surveys throughout the year so if you have any suggestions for better work/life balance, please feel free to include suggestions in those as we are always looking for ways that staff can unplug. We also run compensation reports annually to compare with those in the industry and ensure our market rates and compensation are competitive. If you feel that is not the case, please consider bringing this up with your manager or when you are asked if you believe your compensation is fair during your next performance review.
