Pros
Management very collaborative and open to employees input on how to make to make company better, compensation and benefits packages are very good, business relaxed dress code, and the people are genuinely great to work with.
Cons
Work/Life balance - Need to get with the times and implement a more acceptable "flexible" work hours environment - possibly 4 day work week or work from home rotation; better workspace for managers - this would allow for more productivity and protect areas of confidentiality - little to no privacy in current set-up on production and office spaces.
