      Decent benefits package, technology has potential, fairly flexible with work hours for salaried employees; the people are loyal and genuinely want the company to succeed

      Cons

      Much to do with very few people to get it done; most are overworked, overwhelmed and disenchanted; seriously lacking the leadership needed to bring the company to where it should be

      Pros

      It is a highly technical company that has survived for a long time by diversifying into the wind energy business which is supposed to support the superconductor business.

      Cons

      The superconductor business has been waiting for decades to take off - always technology of the future. Stock price plunged in 2011 and has not recovered since.
