Pros

Great place to work, great ESOP plan for retirement. Great tuition reimbursement program.

Cons

Can be hard not having paid federal holidays. Every two weeks they give 8 hours of PTO which is nice, but that has to be used for holidays, PTO, and sick leave, Might be better to have more structured leave with vacation/sick leave/holidays.

I worked in the HR department for almost 4 years and absolutely loved my job! Hands down one of the best teams I’ve ever worked with. They’re an ESOP which is a fantastic benefit! Extremely generous work/life balance and leave plan. I’d definitely return if there was ever another opportunity in my career plan down the line!

Cons

The only con is a lack of growth opportunities and that’s why I looked elsewhere. I gained a TON of valuable experience here and it definitely set me up for success in my new job. This is a great place to get some meat on your resume while still having a work life balance!
