      Pros

      I am a long time employee-owner of the company, and there are many good things about the company. I do feel like I have the ability to impact the company and work. Much like other companies, I do think an employee's experience will come down to the team and project that they are working on.

      Cons

      The ESOP program is a nice benefit. However, otherwise, I think the benefits are only average, and perhaps less than average, and could use some improvement.
