      Pros

      ESOP, they offer tuition assistance but you won’t have an opportunity to use it.

      Cons

      Chaotic leadership with plenty of backstabbing. They don’t listen to employees, discourage working remotely but will pester even mid level employees during PTO. Management has no work life balance, expect to be hounded before work, at lunch, and until you fall asleep, god help you if you don’t respond to an email while making dinner. Employees need to use PTO for federal holidays. Meetings about meetings are a thing.

      ESOP and that is literally all.

      Cons

      Weird culture and environment. Especially at their corp. HQ. Lots of back stabbing and unprofessional behaviors that are not conducive to a productive work environment.

      Pros

      Nationwide. Employee Owned. In-house training encouraged. Strong work ethic, and belief in individual accountability being an essential factor in the companies success. Opportunities to work in areas outside your primary field. Numerous additional benefits for those that qualify, and/or enroll-in, such as health/welfare tracking, legal help, retail discount programs, etc.

      Cons

      No 401k match. Would like to see more corporate wide events inclusive of all employee owners.

      Thank you for your review and this feedback. Regarding the 401(k) plan, we are proud to offer a 401(k) plan AND an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). While we don’t offer a standard 401(k) match, we more than make up for that with our generous employer-paid ESOP contribution. For the past six years, our employees have received an ESOP plan allocation of more than 9% of eligible salary. As for including more employees in company-wide events, we agree!
