Regarding your suggestion on maternity/paternity leave benefits, we are happy to share that starting on January 1, 2018, AMERICAN SYSTEMS increased our Paid Leave Parental Benefit in most benefit packages from 2 weeks to 3 weeks of extra Paid Leave to be used within 12 months of the birth, adoption, or attaining legal guardianship of a child.
