Cons

I have never seen such a bad turn around in a company as I have over the last 2 years. It seems like they could care less about there employees. They are getting so cheap that it makes it really hard to continue working here.

Pros

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned company, with a great ESOP benefit. It holds quarterly events to promote the ESOP. Good health insurance and other benefits, including the option to purchase a portable long-term care policy. Online training, including quarterly ethical moments.

Cons

I didn't have any negative experiences with the company or have any criticisms worth sharing with the general public. To me, it was a good company to work for.
