Company goes out of their way to ensure that I always have everything that I need to do my job to the fullest. Very quick response time when I have a work related or personal issue. I have always been treated like I was a team member instead of an employee.

Cons

Deltek!!! The online system for logging work hours and submitting expenses as well as the connect portal have been a nightmare. I only use it because I have to. Managing employee expectations. They could be more up front with the negatives of the job/living situation/accommodations.

Cons

I never met anyone from the company. I complained about discrimination in my workplace and was told that because my client was the government, there was nothing they could really do. After complaining I was put on a PIP and shortly after I resigned before my entire name was tarnished from the inaction of this company.
