      Few of the staff members are good.

      irresponsible behavioral pattern, not considerate towards employee, high handedness and arrogant management .

      You get your project, independent work with minimal supervision, you are always challenged.

      It has limited staff size atm, you might not get project fast if you are not competitive enough
