There are more cons about this company than Pro's * first thing, please dont get brainwashed about reading good reviews given here, its all fake. Zero transparency. * Its loss making firm with no growth .Keep this company as a last option if you have no were else to go. I repeat dont expect any growth and raise within this company . * Zero employee branding , most of the previous employees were let go due to lay off. None of them who had a poditive feedback about this company. * Salary hike and allowances are a joke here. No hierarchy, No team structure, No stability. THEY JUST TRICK YOU TO JOIN.
