You can learn and play with many pieces of the latest technology.
Cons
There is zero leadership at the highest levels. The CEO has almost no people skills, doesn't engage his employees to see how they are doing and will listen to his failed management hierarchy over any other employee. They make career path promises they do not keep and then they expect you to work all hours to keep their clients happy instead of hiring more technicians. You will get burned out here very very fast and unless you have been there a long while your input won't matter.
