Pros

Some of the management is good. Paychecks are always on time. Insurance is decent.

Cons

Most management is useless and two faced (lie behind your back). Raises are terrible for the year (sometimes non-existent). Business model changes so many times it’s hard to have a clear direction. Management doesn’t listen to the employees.
