Great industry and with the logistical advantage at this time , ATD will compete well. Competition is catching up!

Cons

Failure to listen to the customer. Driving the digital tools despite what the customer is really saying. Now a competitor, not one customer has told me they are leaving me due to ATD’s digital tools. Simple equation in this business. Relationship and service!!
