      The pay was all right...

      Cons

      ...if you are OK with working about 12 hours a day for 6 and sometimes 7 days a week for weeks and months on end. It is my opinion that the culture is set up to run people until they are burnt out and then generate paper-thin rationales to push them out. Would not have left prior position if I'd have had any idea prior. Plus, very outdated culture toward females in the workplace.

      Health benefits, PTO, other IAEs are welcoming & helpful.

      Cons

      Inconsistent management between two teams, constant changes to commission structure & no access to track progress. IAE is underappreciated & can feel cutoff from the rest of the company & your market.
