      Worked many years with ATD through ups and downs. Benefits were ok as well as pay.

      Cons

      ATD filed for bankruptcy yet again and laid off several employees. Poor management of company.

      QA - 1 call is graded per day sometimes up to 2 (rarely) which will determine your commission which can also be a pro because it motivates you.
