      Pros

      ATD is an amazing company to work for. I've been treated like family since day 1. I feel like my job is low stress and ATD offers great perks.

      Cons

      I haven't made 40 hours often, but my boss is working to add more to my plate so I can meet my weekly 40 hours.

      Senior Leadership is transparent and provides visibility to all levels of what company strategy is, what challenges we have, and how we will move forward into the future. There are realistic plans in place to drive ATD into the future, Employees are treated as people and total well-being of employees including support to have time for their personal lives separate from professional is part of the culture. Employees embody company values and collaboration, respect, and excellence show up in how people get their work done. Innovation and new ways of doing things is valued - from data science, to continuous improvement, the company is leveraging technology and process improvement to win.

      Cons

      Leadership diversity is an opportunity -- ATD leaders are heavily male and white - opportunity to have more female leaders and leaders of color. Parental leave policy is not as generous as other organizations. Health insurance is tiered pricing based on your salary and can be somewhat costly depending on your salary and if you insure your entire family.
