Pros
The core mid level management and associates were great at ATD. Very knowledgeable with a can do attitude.
Cons
Being a better steward of their financials and resources is important. More accountability to buying and placing product in the correct locations. Better training offerings should be given to train managers and building up associates. Constantly explaining what should be known pieces of the business gets very frustrating. When it came to some upper management (Supply Chain) providing approval that is when conversations went sideways. The worst managers always seems to stay around while adding very little value.
