      Pros

      You get a pay check bi-weekly & front line employees are hard workers.

      Cons

      Management is clueless as to how to fix the mess that has been brewing at ATD for years. They would rather play games saying one thing but not following it up with actions. Accountability is non-existent. People get promoted based on who they know. The company recently let go of about 100 employees and is still hiring in those respected areas/positions for those same positions. Turn over is high. Communication doesn’t exist throughout the company, in departments and even within projects. Every manager has their own silo agenda. No job security.

      Horrible managers.- below par pay- inability to train employees from mangers dosn to forklift drivers- no communication-lack of leadership - if you do know what your doing you are taken advantage of.

      My role wasn’t eliminated. Yet.

      Avoid this company at all costs. ATD just laid off nearly 100 people in the corporate office due to Goodyear and Bridgestone ending their relationship with the company. My guess is that Michelin will be next. This company is owned by two private equity groups and they likely will offload us soon. Senior leadership is clueless and not aligned. Each have their own agenda and are ruining this company.
