Pros

Some of their IT Projects can be fast moving. There is still lots of technology to be applied to the tire distribution segment. The company is well positioned for success vs. its competitors.

Cons

Lots of 'old-think', 'no-think' from years of being a smaller shop both in terms of the business and possible IT solutions.

Pros

Free gym with trainer, flexible work hours when needed. Nice work environment. Company offers free bottled water and some sodas. VP of Credit is fair to work for as well as the Director and Regional Credit Manager.

Cons

Low paying minimal raises if any. VP of Credit tends to hold certain people back from applying for other positions within the company. Feel there is no room for me to grow here.

Fast growing company due to acquisitions and mergers. Many new products and services. Great time for employee growth and advancement opportunities.

Cons

There is a lack of management integrity in many of the ranks. The "good old boys" network is alive and well. Don't be surprised if you are asked to go along with something that you don't feel is ethical.
