      Pros

      The pay is decent and you will find some coworkers you may like. I had a DC manager I got along with very well, until he transferred.

      Cons

      The job is EXTREMELY taxing on your body, muscle and joints alike, and the deadlines are very short. They want you to work through your breaks and even lunches! They are CONSTANTLY short-staffed and looking to you to come in early and stay late, all the while running non-stop to make the companies numbers look good.

      Pros

      Some of their IT Projects can be fast moving. There is still lots of technology to be applied to the tire distribution segment. The company is well positioned for success vs. its competitors.

      Cons

      Lots of 'old-think', 'no-think' from years of being a smaller shop both in terms of the business and possible IT solutions.

      Great benefits, good routes,meet new people,build relationships.

      Cons

      There Safety Department has to much power they can throw your life away without due process they dont care about how there decision affects a hard working persons life and family.
