Nice hrs easy work. Some down time.. always something to do work hrs fly by. Great bunch of guys in warehouse

Cons

Not much room for advancement, pay could be better, managers dont give much for pay raises. Always bitter cold in warehouse

Wear and tear on personal vehicle, New policy requires you to buy your own tires. No realistic room for career advancement. Tools in place to monitor and track your movements Unrealistic sales goals and no commission under the RMTS role

Pros

American Tire offers competetive pay, cheap health insurance premiums, and overtime.

Cons

Unfortunately American Tire does not care much about a good work/life balance. Any concerns over this are only answered with "you get paid by the hour, don't you?" Every other Saturday is mandatory without any reprieve during the week.
