Started as a w/h level 1, worked my way up to managing my w/h in only a couple years. Once you make it to salary you will be worked mercilessly until you are ready to quit. The worst complaint I have is the lack of support from hr. I received numerous writeups because of disputes with employees. No backup from hr, made it almost impossible to manage men
