      Had some positives and negatives

      Pros

      I was in the car dealer channel. The account development specialist were all great people to work with and helped more than middle management. If you are hitting your #'s you can make some good pay. The benefits are good

      Cons

      Middle management did not help increase # of accounts or increase existing accounts in a positive way. They did not teach or help, just told and were underqualified for the position in some instances. The pay when good is really good, but unfortunately their are a lot of outside factors that help and hurt your commission that the salesperson has zero control over.

      There are none. This company sucks!

      Cons

      This place sucks. The IT department is an H1B visa sweat shop run by the poorest management I have seen in 20 years in IT. This company's IT group has the worst turnover rate I have ever seen in 20+ years in IT. They are very cheap and their IT management is horrible.... run by H1B visas who hate whites and routinely run them out of the IT group. Shameful for a company that has the word "American" in its title.

      Pros

      New and very well maintained equipment. Good benefits with health, dental, and vision combined. two packages to choose from, both very good. 401K match, good co-workers. Regular routes and routines.

      Cons

      Ineffective management at many different levels. Human resources also ineffective. No product training, so unable to address simple customer questions with out learning on the job. Management to worker moral is lacking. No company information boards with current job postings or regular company news. Only personnel with email access are in loop of company wide events and career advancement opportunities.
