      Pros

      One of the best reasons in working here was that you didn't have a manager micro managing your area. Which could be good and bad.

      Cons

      In not having that Manager in the office it normally took days or weeks before all areas to be on the same page being that we were always pretty much traveling.

      Pros

      The best thing about the job was the people I worked with. We had a great crew.

      Cons

      Very little work-life balance. Stress levels are very high right now and with a history of acquisitions, things are constantly changing and more is asked of everyone all the time.
