Poor management, terrible upper management, Very arrogant company huge culture issue . The savages running the joint never learned in kindergarten how to play nice with others. If you’re a female you can count that you will be paid less money to do the same work as a man it’s about a $3000 difference a year with the base salary. Commission is a joke if you’re trending to hit they will change your number in mid month or if you have exceeded and you are constantly hitting commission all of a sudden your accounts will be reassigned they will have a moment of amnesia and you’ll never be made whole. This is the good old boy network it’s not what you know its who you know. When you bring up concerns and issues you are now at target they cannot handle the truth they like to stick their head in the sand and pretend like nothing is going on and everything is fabulous This is also a company who recently filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy even though they are out of chapter 11 they still have to make their chapter 11 payments each month . This company has no strategy. They are just floating along with their stockholders until somebody finally pulls the plug.They will never be able to stand on 2 feet again as strong as they were they’ve lost their brands they’ve lost key people . The company is probably up for sale or parts of it so if you’re looking for a long Jevity job this is probably not the place with all their financial issues and personnel issues.

Low pay. Time off policy was terrible. Corporate staff treated others like trash. Staff at the distribution centers had to take a lot of anger/frustration and hostility from customers and the company did nothing about it. Corporate cared more about customers than their employees.
