      Pros

      Super supportive DC management. Great coworkers. Compensation is A+ all across the board. Pay is higher than the others in the area, 401K is better than most and the insurance offers health, dental, and optical, unlike most plans nowadays. Bonuses for safety and a management team that actually listens and takes your views into account. I’ve worked in every aspect of the tire industry and this is by far the best.

      Cons

      Same as any place. You do have obstacles, just do your job and you’ll get over them. The things people complain about are ant hills...roll over them and move on. There will be slow times in the year but that’s the nature of the tire business. Don’t give up.

      Pros

      Been with ATD for 10 years. Started as a Warehouse worker and was given the opportunity with hard work to advance my career. I have seen many changes over the years some good, some questionable. In the end through the process, we have ended up with the SEAL operating system which in my opinion has been the greatest change thus far. ATD offers many opportunities for advancement if your willing to put in the time, effort and willingness to become the most customer centric tire distribution center in the world.

      Cons

      I'm sure that there are Cons, but in my opinion they are overshadowed by the good.
