      Was able to work remotely.

      Cons

      Zero stability. Laid off in mid February 2025. One week severance (and I was at a decently high level). Have frozen my access to my 401k while they conduct their "due diligence audit" (that's my money that they won't release). They have no direction and need to be more cognizant of their fee structure to the market for the services/programs rendered.

      You can pay bills and have healthcare coverage

      Cons

      No accountability, zero leadership amongst management, the handbook is periodically updated to accommodate substandard work ethic, attendance policy not enforced, extraordinary high turnover (poor management), equipment is not maintained and always tagged out, you will lift more than advertised, yard jockeys will be doing warehouse work, constant over time due to lack of employees, good employees chased off to accommodate terrible employees
