Always busy, Good insurance, Fast-paced, Innovative and moving forward.

Cons

Expectations on salaried employees is too much, I was working 60 - 80 hours a week and only paid for 40.

Great people to work with! Excellent customers to deliver to and good pay. Newer equipment.

Cons

Upper management just see’s everyone as a number.. how much can they work you to get the most out of you.. insurance isn’t cheap

Pros

ATD does a good job promoting thought leadership to external customers and offers a decent benefits package to their associates

Cons

The reverse can be said about thought leadership to their internal customers (associates). They tend to say one thing and they do the exact opposite. Not a whole lot of trust can be built on this known fact.
