pay is solid and not much else

Cons

Toxic environment from leadership who is severely tone death on feedback given by IC roles. Heavily numbers focused and no matter what obstacles are in our way it doesnt matter. Turnover is stupid high (sourcing). Our team had a revolving door due to management being toxic. Say one thing do another is common. Heavy unethical behavior by management throwing people under the bus and talking negatively about others behind their backs. I honestly cant list everything negative because it would be too long. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Pros

The people really do care. The strategic vision is very solid and the company is not complacent to just sit back and just do what has always been done. The hybrid work environment is great and a level of flexibility is afforded to staff. Solid compensation and benefits.

Cons

The pace here is very quick which can be a bit of a challenge depending on your prior work environment. Once you acclimate the pace continues but it doesn't feel as challenging.
