Erratic work schedule. They want you off different days of the week just to save overtime as soon as you get to 40 hours you are out the door. Management is incompetent they would rather send three half full trucks out on a route then give one driver an entire route and let him work the full day spending three times the money they need to. They ask you to be off on Tuesday because you're getting too many hours then Tuesday morning at 6:00 a.m. they call you to come into work because they need you and when you don't show up they're pissed off. Incompetent fools with an incompetent manager.
