      A great roll for those who wish to be involved with many projects and areas.

      Cons

      -many reporting systems that need to be consolidated -there are some managers that need training and people development. -group/team process changes always need approval from the top.

      Pros

      My tenure with American Tire was great because of my direct managers. I met several employees that had been with the company over 10 years. The office was recently renovated.

      Cons

      The work load given to employees is tremendous, while the training is insufficient. If given time to properly train, it would be a great environment.
