Lots of sitting in traffic, it’s 90% sitting in traffic in a very uncomfortable truck

-Terrible mileage reimbursement plan -Leadership pulls you in too many directions -Employee reviews are a joke, leadership provided inaccurate information on my last one and my former boss refused to do anything about his inaccuracies -CEO is upsetting many manufacturer partners (I.e., Michelin pulled their brands) -VPs/Directors don’t listen to their sales people when they are front and center of customers
