Pros
-Pay is improving. -Free tires.
Cons
-Wrong people are higher up. (Ex. Manager (DOS) REQUIRED time off to be taken when some work duties were needed to be completed such as compliance and assessment tests. -Expect to be working 70+ hours a week. -Company does not seem to know how to prioritize. (Example, I asked DOS to prioritize 8+ bigger goals given to the team at the time, and response was "Everything is a priority and everything must be done at the same time. -No one seems to know how to explain bonus structure. -Layoffs seem to be the normal here about every 2-3 years. -Turnover is high and the company knows it and has mentioned it during meetings. -If you need help from regional HR team, goodluck. Bonus Con: Had an interview in another area about 4 years before I got this job and during that interview the DOS called back about 3 hours after the scheduled interview without an actual excuse. Company seems to have a trend for promoting the wrong people.
