Pros
Great benefits, bonuses, great paid time off, 9 holidays, compensation is in line with the REIT industry and the culture is changing for the positive. It also helps that American Tower is, as of last week, by far the largest Tower REIT in the world with 150,000 sites in it's portfolio.
Cons
Every company has cons, however, I believe ATC is on the right track by listening and supporting employees to grow their company with sound business decisions. one are improvement can be made is ensuring the remote employees have as much fun as the office employees.
